LIFETIME SERVICE COMMITMENT:  For as long as you own your Adjustable Bed, Electropedic Beds® gives you a LIFETIME SERVICE COMMITMENT.  If you ever need service, we are always a phone call away.  The Reverie Adjustable Bed comes with a FREE ONE-YEAR IN-HOME SERVICE Agreement that there will NOT be any charge or fee for Transportation and Labor.  After the 1st year, there may be a nominal charge for transportation and labor (9 out of 10 service calls can be resolved without a Service Man actually going to your house).. 

For as long as you own your bed, Electropedic Beds® we be alongside you for any service issues.  We are a Member of the BBB with an A Rating- and 25% of our business is based upon repeat and referral business.  If you have a problem, we know we will earn referrals by earning your respect too.  Our customers join our "Community" and we understand that if your Adjustable Bed does not work, this can also be a Health Issue (we are Joint Commission Medically Accredited - and immediately taking care of a health issue is our responsibility).
